What a difference! Our experience with most Agents is that it is a necessary must when looking to let our Properties out. We dont spend much time in the U.K, and when trying to deal across continents with the other Agents I have dealt with, was very testing at times. Location Cheshire are different ,and, we were regularly updated by mail and telephone! The Properties have been let out on long term arrangements, which is what we wanted.
